The Shiseido Beauty Creation Center has been providing hair and makeup support for "Fashion Cantata from KYOTO" since 2010. This year's event was held at the Kyoto Theater on June 13, 2026, and our team participated once again.

Hair

For this session, the hair was styled into contemporary arrangements by incorporating piecey, effortless textures, wet looks, and braids. The hairstyles were further elevated with hair accessories from NOBORU SHIONOYA, adding a modern and sophisticated touch to the overall look.

Makeup

The makeup focused heavily on playing with different textures.
A sheer, weightless complexion was paired with eyes enhanced by a shimmering, iridescent glow, and completed with soft-matte lips. These elements were beautifully balanced to complement the traditional kimono, creating a modern and highly refined impression.
