Alongside the Shiseido Parlor's beverage director, Takashi Takamori, we combined the image of the “heart full of love” that inspired Yuri with the loveliness of bright red cherries and a sublime shade of violet to create the dainty and special “Cherry Blossoms in Love” Princess♡Parfait.
The parfait is topped with a thin piece of candy dusted with strawberry powder and edible flower petals; underneath, blueberry and cream cheese ice cream, refreshing yogurt sherbet, butterfly pea jelly, and lavender and violet cream are exquisitely combined in the perfect balance to tickle a maiden's fancy.
