Red was the theme color for this season, so red metallic foil was used as the base color mixed with black, silver, pink, and other metallic foils to create various patterns to match the models and their outfits. The makeup was created with an image of a mix of African and Japonism inspiration.
The hair, by contrast, was kept more natural and simple with a slick back style for a more grounded look.

The theme was "magma", building on the previous season's theme. Designer Yuima Nakazato reconstructed looks inspired by the piles of clothes he saw on his trip to Kenya, Africa, with a sustainable perspective.
Yuima himself took pictures of mountains of clothes wasted in Africa, converted them to red, printed them out, and laid them on the runway of the show, which the models walked on.
