[VivienneTam] 2024 AW Collection at PARIS Fashion Week Report

Paris Fashion Week for the autumn/winter 2024 season was held from February 26th to March 5th, 2024.

For this season, Shiseido hair and makeup artists worked with various brands, including CFCL, ANREALAGE, Vivienne Tam, AVELLANO, and RUOHAN.

VivienneTam 2024 AW Collection at PARIS Fashion Week

Vivienne Tam presented her 2024 Autumn/Winter Collection at Palais de Tokyo, making her Paris Fashion Week debut. The theme for this season was “Amour (Love).”
In response to the designer's requests to improve the look on-site, Shiseido's hair and makeup artists kept an eye on the big picture while maintaining their attention to detail.

Hair Details

“We gave the overall look nuance by leaving the hair frizzy and tying it low in the back. The texture of the hair was different on the sides and at the ends, giving the style some edge. For example, models were given a ‘wet’ look from the top of their heads to where their hair was tied, while the rest was left dry.” (Shindo)

Makeup Details

"I turned the models into strong-looking, dignified women by adding natural shading around their eyes and cheeks while emphasizing their bare skin. I gave several of the models glossy red lips that I overlined slightly to create a strong impact that brought the whole show together.” (Nakagawa)
