From March 2 to March 10, 2026, the Paris Fashion Week 2026 Fall/Winter Women's Collection took place, with Shiseido hair & makeup artists working with various brands this season.

RUOHAN AUTUMN WINTER 2026 COLLECTION “FORTY GESTURES”
Rooted in contemporary minimalism, RUOHAN proposes a quiet beauty that does not rely on excessive decoration. Sculptural quilting and refined fabrics convey an understated sense of luxury with effortless ease.
This season’s inspiration was drawn from the image of a sculptor. In response, the hair and makeup approach envisioned the very moment of creation—when the artist brings form into being.
Hair & Makeup Features
Hair:
A one-by-one approach tailored to each model’s individuality.
From messy down styles to loosely tied arrangements, the looks were finished with an intentionally undone balance—never overworked.
Texture was kept dry and slightly disheveled throughout. White paint was added as a subtle accent, evoking traces left behind after a sculptor’s work.
I created a rough, effortless style that captures the feeling of everyday life.

Makeup
The base focused on maintaining a natural skin-like finish, using a foundation that balances moderate coverage with skincare benefits. Brows, eyes, and lips were kept almost untouched, allowing the beautifully even skin itself to take center stage in a minimal composition.
The final touch of white paint—featuring a clay-pack-like texture—transforms as it dries into a plaster-like matte finish, subtly expressing the sculptural narrative of the collection.
