Spring/Summer 2026 Collection Runway Show: Tailored for the spin
Designer Kubo drew inspiration from street dance and extreme sports to create this collection. Set at Shibuya Hikarie, the show was a collaboration with the world-renowned 1-on-1 breakdance battle, Red Bull BC One.
The collection featured clothing designed to look stunning when worn by dancers. While a dance battle unfolded in the center of the venue, models wearing the new collection walked around the dancers. The dancers themselves were also dressed in the Spring/Summer 2026 collection.
Hair and Makeup Features
For women, the hairstyles emphasized the natural texture and characteristics of each model's hair, styled in a down-do. For men, the hair was styled in a sleek, flat look.
The overall finish was kept natural. For the eyes, accents were added with a combination of silver and colors like yellow, blue, and red.
