Who is Toyoyoshi Shinotsuka?
Shinotsuka Toyoyoshi specializes in the hair makeup: from simple to natural images and works from women's magazines to the backstage of fashion shows.
In the company Shiseido, he is in charge of season makeup and training for the brand LAURA MERCIER and the salon course tutor for the hair makeup artist school of Shiseido, SABFA (Shiseido Academy of Beauty and Fashion.)
He worked as a salon stylist but became interested to work in the total beauty works including makeup, and joined the company. He pursues natural beauty and expression of universal beauty.
Joined Shiseido in 2006. Graduated from the creator course of SABFA (Shiseido Academy of Beauty and Fashion.)
